Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. 

Reservations are fully refundable 90 days or more in advance; 50% refundable 31-89  days in advance; and non-refundable with 30 or less days' notice

We provide complimentary airport transfers for guests. Once at the property, you can hire a taxi to take you to any destination on the island. From the beach, water taxis are available for $5/person each way between West Bay and West End. However, for those who feel comfortable driving, it can be nice to rent a car (either for a day or your entire stay) for additional freedom! 

The home features four luxurious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. There is also a powder bathroom located in the upstairs common area. The home sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. (There is an additional nightly charge for parties larger than 8.) 

The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. You will also find essential kitchen tools, such as cutting boards, knives, serveware, mixing bowls, wine opener, etc. Would you like us to stock the kitchen with groceries and beverages before your arrival? That can be arranged!

Sosegada Roatan is strategically located between West Bay Beach and Half Moon Bay, both of which are known for incredible snorkeling right from the shore. The home is about a mile (or a 4-minute drive) to West End Beach. It is 2.4 miles (or 7 minutes) to West Bay Beach via West Bay Road. 

Yes. The home is equipped with Starlink and the quality is good enough for almost any need. However, it is a good idea to bring a cell phone with a hotspot in the event of a power outage. 

The home will be clean and ready for you upon arrival! Mid-stay housekeeping may be requested at an additional charge.

The main floor of the home is accessible. The lower level is only accessible via a staircase. 

Sosegada Roatan features a quadruple sterilized water filtration system so the water at the house is safe to drink, use for cooking, brushing teeth, etc. However, when out and about on the island, we recommend sticking to bottled water. 

Yes, there is a "mini-split" located in each bedroom and both living areas. We kindly ask that you turn off the AC when a room is not in use or when the doors or windows are open. Don't worry! Mini-splits are incredibly efficient and can cool an entire room in a matter of minutes!

Absolutely! A pack and play-and-play and high chair are available upon request. 

No, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Sandflies, sandfleas, biting midges, no-see-ums...the hideous creatures go by many names! Some lucky folks are immune to them. Our family is NOT. While we're typically not much for chemicals, we highly recommend that you use insect repellent with DEET whenever leaving the house, especially around dawn and dusk and whenever emerging from the salt water. Keep it in your day bag for re-application. And pack an anti-itch hydro-cortisone cream, just in case!
